To access automatic dashboard updates, please make sure you have activated your license key on the site where you have it installed from under the Tools menu.
If you would like to manually update the plugin, you should either unzip the archive locally and overwrite the plugin files using the FTP or cPanel file manager or use a plugin like Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades. However, it is best to activate the license key and avail automatic updates.
