Our NMI extension for WooCommerce saves all sensitive card information in your merchant account for which NMI provides a vault that issues tokens to use for future checkout.
Please make sure you have the customer vault enabled on your merchant account with the ability to charge further payments using just the vault ID (with no CVV required). You will need to contact NMI with your request for vault and they will take care of it.
