To use our eProcessingNetwork add-on, you will need to enable the TDBE (Transparent Database Engine) integration from your ePN merchant account using the following steps:

  1. Login to your ePN Merchant Service Centre account.
  2. Go to Web Services -> Processing Controls page.
  3. Under Disabled Integrations you will need to UNCHECK "TDBE (Transparent Database Engine)" to unblock it.
  4. Click the ‘Save Disabled Integrations’ button.
  5. IMPORTANT: This starts a security timer — Wait 15 minutes to process any transactions.
