1. Please go to  Converge Portal → Settings → System Setup and ensure your site domain is listed in the list of authorized referrers. If not, you might need to contact Converge to add it for you.

  2. On the same page please scroll to the bottom and ensure that the "Hosted payment modal" is checked.

  3. Please go to  Converge Portal → Settings → Fraud Prevention Rules → API IP Address Allowed List and ensure your site's IP is allowed under Enable IP Address Settings for HPP, Checkout.js and Lightbox.

  4. Finally, please go to Converge Portal → Settings → Online API Security Allowed List Manager and ensure the following:

    • Under the Registered API Users tab, "apiuser" (or whichever User ID you entered in the plugin settings page) is listed.

    • Under the Valid API IP Addresses tab, your site's IP address is listed.

    • Under the Valid API Domains tab, your site's domain is listed.

  5. If any of the above do not appear under their respective sections, you can just contact Converge and tell them you need to use "Hosted payment modal" and give them your domain and site IP and they will be able to setup your account correctly.
